KYIV, Feb 3 – Ukraine fell massively short on budget revenue targets in January following the hryvnia’s steep appreciation against U.S. dollar and due to w3eak natural gas prices, the Finance Ministry reported Monday.

The government raised UAH 42.6 billion, or down UAH 13.8 billion from the originally projected targets, the ministry reported citing tentative data from the State Treasury Service.
