KYIV, Jan 6 - Russia’s Gazprom, despite cutting natural gas transit to Europe via Ukrainian gas pipelines by 77.6% in early January, is paying full price for reserved shipping capacity, GTSOU, the state gas shipper, reported Monday.
Serhiy Makohon, the head of GTSOU, made comments to allay concerns that the sudden gas transit cut by Gazprom may have breached the 5-year gas transit agreement signed only a week ago.
