KYIV, Dec 26 – Dragon Capital Investments Limited (Cyprus) is acquiring 64.7106% of shares in Ukraine's Idea Bank (Lviv), according to the bank.

"...Dragon Capital Investments Limited announces that on December 20, 2019 it concluded a contract for the sale of ordinary registered shares of the bank with Getin Holding S.A..., as a result of which the company will become the owner of a controlling stake in the bank in the amount of 193,317,618 registered shares, which is 64.7106% of the total number of shares of the bank," the bank said in the statement.
