KIEV, Aug. 17 - An expert group formed by the Ukrainian government will soon consider the direction of oil flows in the Odessa-Brody oil pipeline, Deputy Prime Minister Andriy Kliuyev said Thursday in Kiev.
"It would be premature to speak about the pipeline's future, when and how it will work, and whether the construction will be finished or not," Kliuyev said. "We need an expert group, which will say which route is beneficial on the existing market, whether it is expedient to complete the construction or not, who will supply crude oil, who will sell it, and who will buy it."
