KYIV, Dec 19 – Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk has instructed the Finance Ministry to temporarily, until the end of the budget year, to suspend settlement of payments and registration of budgetary expenditure and loan provision obligations of the general fund, apart from secured budget items, by the State Treasury Service of Ukraine, aiming at meeting the budget deficit limit for the general fund.

"To the key spending units: to submit to the Finance Ministry and the Treasury Service information on the amount of budgetary appropriations under the budget programs that will not be disbursed before the end of the budget period," the prime minister also said in the instruction made after the meeting held on December 17, a copy of which is available to Interfax-Ukraine.
