KYIV, Dec 13 – The Supreme Court of the United Kingdom has postponed its ruling in the lawsuit over $3 billion eurobonds issued by Ukraine and bought by Russia, the Ukrainian Finance Ministry reported.
"The United Kingdom Supreme Court reserves judgment in proceedings regarding the so-called Russian bonds until a later date," the ministry said.
According to the ministry, "today saw the conclusion of the final appeals to the United Kingdom Supreme Court in respect of Russia's application for summary judgment against Ukraine in the case concerning the $3 billion eurobonds purportedly issued by Ukraine in December 2013."
