KYIV, Dec 10 – Ukraine as of December 10 had threshed 75.2 million tons of grain and leguminous crops from 15.2 million hectares (ha) with the average yield being 4.95 tons/ha, which is higher than the entire grain harvest for 2018 when it was 70.1 million tons.

According to the information and analytical portal of the agro-industrial complex of Ukraine, farmers harvested 35.2 million tons of corn from 4.9 million ha with the average yield being 7.14 tons/ha, buckwheat – 89,000 tons from 67,000 ha with the average yield being 1.33 tons/ha and millet – 161,000 tons from 89,000 ha with the average yield being 1.81 tons/ha.
