KIEV, Aug. 17 ??“ Svarog Asset Management Ltd., a Kiev-based assets managing company, paid UAH 48.6 million to acquire 26% stake in Sevmorzavod, one of Ukraine??™s biggest shipyards, the company reported.

The Sevastopol-based Sevmorzavod includes hundreds of affiliate enterprises and five special companies that build and repair vessels for military and commercial purposes.
