KYIV, Dec 9 – Russia’s military aggression may have cost Ukraine up to $150 billion in destroyed property, disrupted businesses and displaced labor force in 2014-2015, Tymofiy Mylovanov, the Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture, said.
