KYIV, Dec 5 – Kernel, one of the largest Ukrainian agricultural holdings, acquired the Ellada oilseed processing plant's Kropyvnytsky-based facilities the holding has been using since 2016 under a tolling agreement.

"The plant has a processing capacity of 274,000 tons of sunflower seeds per year. The purchase price is an equivalent of US$21 million," Kernel said in a statement on the Warsaw Stock Exchange on Thursday.
