KYIV, Dec 4 – A program to support small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with affordable lending at 5-9% per annum will be launched from February 1, 2020, Prime Minister Oleksiy Honcharuk said.

"Its task is very simple – to be incentive for new entrepreneurs to appear and to encourage our [migrant] workers to return home and open a business here. The first stage is affordable lending," Honcharuk wrote on Facebook on Wednesday evening.
