KYIV, Dec 4 – Parliament approved a bill that provides tax break to a new gas pipeline operating company for obtaining assets as part of gas unbundling commitments undertaken by Ukraine.

"The bill makes it possible to finish this complicated procedure of unbundling," First Deputy Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy Yaroslav Zhelezniak said before the voting.

He added that three amendments to the bill were proposed before second reading and the committee approved them.
