KYIV, Nov 22 – The National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has approved the preliminary decision on certification of Gas Transmission System Operator of Ukraine LLC (TSO of Ukraine).

The decision was made at a meeting of the commission on Friday, November 22.

"The decision has been made. Congratulations to the Operator of the GTS," Commission Head Valeriy Tarasiuk said following the vote, noting that a number of conditions need to be met before final certification is granted.
