KYIV, Nov 21 – Minister of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine Dmytro Dubilet has announced the merger of over 50 various government's call centers into one, and the launch of the citizen support service via messengers.

"I was surprised when I discovered that there are more than 50 different call centers in the Cabinet. Almost each has a lot of extra expensive equipment, as well as operators and their heads. Now we are starting a pilot project to take over the communications of the Ministry of Social Policy, the President's Office and Customs. Then, during the year, we will take everything else to a single center," Dubilet wrote on his Facebook page on Wednesday.
