KYIV, Nov 21 - President Volodymyr Zelenskiy has said that it is the head of state together with the government and society who should determine the country's foreign policy course, and not separate businessmen.

The remark seems to have been made to reject a recent call from billionaire Ihor Kolomoyskiy for Ukraine to build better relations with Russia as opposed to the West.
