KYIV, Nov 19 – State enterprise SETAM of the Ministry of Justice has sold Kherson oil transshipment complex at the OpenMarket online auction site for UAH 200 million, the company's press service reported.

"This is the second auction on this lot. At the first auction, there were no people wishing to buy the asset, and at the second one the price rose almost to bidding without a markdown," the press service said citing SETAM CEO Viktor Vishnev.
