KYIV, Nov 18 – The Cabinet of Ministers promises loans at 3-5% per annum for those who want to buy land to work on it later, Minister of Economic Development, Trade and Agriculture Tymofiy Mylovanov said on the Freedom of Speech by Savik Shuster program on the Ukraina TV Channel.

"I wrote today that loans for the purchase of land will be at 3-5% per annum in hryvnia, that is, it is lower than inflation. For whom? Only for those who will buy small areas of land. Not for medium-sized, not for large business. And only for those who will work on land. And how do we make sure that there will be no corruption? Through the same database that we are creating, where we will know where and what is grown, and who is the ultimate owner," the portal of the Dzerkalo Tyzhnia. Ukraine (ZN.UA) weekly reported, citing the minister.
