KIEV, Aug. 15 - Privatbank, Ukraine??™s largest bank by assets, has sold its smaller banking unit, Privatinvest, to an undisclosed entity, PrivatBnak CEO Oleksandr Dubilet reported without disclosing any details of the deal.

"I cannot disclose any details of the deal, but we sold the bank [Privatinvest]," Dubilet said in an interview with Business newspaper.
