KYIV, Nov 7 – Naftogaz Ukrayiny expects that the award of the Amsterdam District Court under a claim of the company seeking to recognize the award of the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce and its forcible execution in the Netherlands will be granted in the first quarter of 2020, Naftogaz Executive Officer Yuriy Vitrenko has said.

"The court's decision is expected in the first quarter of next year. According to reports, the value of the assets seized in the Netherlands exceeds $3 billion. In the case of a favorable award, the recovery process, according to our estimates, will last from the second quarter to the end of next year," he wrote on his Facebook page on Thursday.
