KHARKIV, Nov 7 – Director General of the Ukroboronprom state concern Aivaras Abromavicius has said that the absence of good labor conditions is one of the most painful problems of the defense enterprises, which are incorporated in the concern.

"The most painful issue is labor conditions... People working in terrible conditions at zero temperature are unable to make high-quality equipment for both our Armed Forces and export consumers. Therefore, normal labor conditions must be achieved," Abromavicius said at a meeting in Kharkiv on Wednesday.
