KIEV, Aug. 14 ??“ The government of Tatarstan and its oil company Tatneft, which jointly control majority stake in Ukraine??™s largest oil refinery, will this year start investment to upgrade the refinery, Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovych said.

"Tatarstan's government will soon develop the program [of investments into UkrTatNafta refinery] and the first steps will be made as soon as this year," Yanukovych said Saturday.
