KYIV, Nov 6 – The draft national budget for 2020, prepared by the government for second reading, foresees a weighted average rate for external borrowings at about 8%, internal at about 14.6%, according to an explanatory note to the updated draft document.

"The weighted average rate for domestic debt instruments is about 14.6% per annum, for external debt instruments about 8% per annum. At the same time, the conditions of government borrowings may vary depending on the influence of political, economic and geopolitical factors," the document says.
