KYIV, Nov 1 – The debt of the population of Ukraine for housing and utilities services in September 2019 decreased by 1.9% compared to August 2019 and amounted to UAH 46.5 billion (excluding electricity).

According to the State Statistics Service, the data are given excluding the annexed territory of Crimea and Sevastopol, as well as part of the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions.
