MARIUPOL, Oct 30 – Ukraine should introduce restrictions on the ownership of mass media by Russian citizens and the participation of Russian capital in them, Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Volodymyr Borodiansky said Wednesday.

"We must introduce restrictions on the ownership of the media by Russian citizens or the use of Russian capital to finance or participate in the media," he said, speaking at the Unity Forum in Mariupol on Wednesday.
