KIEV, Aug. 10 - ABH Ukraine Limited, an off-shore company based in Cyprus, has acquired a 50.55% stake in Kiev-based Alfa Bank, the bank said in a statement.

"Russia's Alfa Bank sold a share package in Ukraine's Alfa Bank totaling 64.209 million shares, or 50.55% of [the bank's] charter capital, in favor of ABH Ukraine Limited,??? the statement said. ???The re-registration of property rights took place on Aug. 3."
