KYIV, Oct 15 – The act of the transfer of all rights and liabilities of Ukrsotsbank to Alfa-Bank was approved by a decision of the general meeting of the shareholders of the first and second bank on Tuesday.

"Alfa-Bank Ukraine has become the full assignee of all the rights and liabilities of Ukrsotsbank in relation to its customers, partners and counterparties," Alfa-Bank said in a statement on Tuesday.
