KYIV, Oct 16 – More than half of Ukrainians (57.2%) support the extension of the moratorium on the sale of agricultural land and believe that this issue should be resolved in a referendum, according to a survey conducted by the Razumkov Center.
So, the majority of Ukrainian citizens (59.3% of respondents) believe that the issue of introducing a land market and lifting the moratorium on the purchase and sale of agricultural land should be submitted to a popular referendum. A quarter of the population (24.4%) holds the opinion that this question should not be put to a referendum, the rest of the respondents did not take a decision.
