KYIV, Sept 26 – The National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation (NCER) has said that the situation with rallies of workers of ferroalloy plants held near the building of the regulator has worsened and demands the reaction from law enforcement authorities.
According to a statement released on the regulator's website, the rally near the regulator's office, which lasted for almost two months, "began to gain new momentum." If earlier it was intended to complicate the work of the regulator through making noise, blocking passage, and contaminating the surrounding area, then on September 25, protesters broke one of the windows of the building, the regulator said.
