KIEV, Aug. 8 ??“ U.S. company Bunge Ltd. plans to commission a new oil extraction plant in Illichivsk port in early 2007.

The plant will be commissioned in early 2007, managing director of Bunge Ukraine Dexter Frye said during a press conference in Interfax-Ukraine on Monday.
