KYIV, Sept 25 – Azovinvestprom LLC has started implementing the first phase of the Zofia wind farm with a capacity of 42.5 MW in Zaporizhia region, according to a posting on the website of the unified register of environmental impact assessments.

As part of the project, 12 locations are considered for installing from ten to 12 wind turbines with a capacity of 4.2 MW each. The height of the tower is up to 140 meters, the diameter of the rotor is from 145 meters to 170 meters, depending on the manufacturer and equipment.
