KYIV, Sept 23 – Foreign Minister Vadym Prystaiko said that among the conditions for lifting the 'economic blockade' of Donbas is the return of its enterprises to Ukraine, however, the authorities plan to substitute the order on the list of goods permitted to transport for the list of prohibited ones.

"We will resume the payment of pensions. We have resumed payment for the services we provide, that is, we are paid for water from the other side. Now we are preparing to substitute the order on the list of goods that people are allowed to transport through the contact line with the list of what is forbidden to transport. This will certainly be done, but certain steps are needed for this, because now the so-called blockade imposed by the decision of the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) is in effect, and another decision should change it," Prystaiko said in an interview with European Pravda.
