KIEV, Aug. 8 - HeidelbergCement Group, a manor German cement maker, is considering the possibility of launching concrete production in the central and western regions of Ukraine, Ivan Kozurak, director of the group's representative office in Ukraine, told Interfax.

The group has received "a proposal to develop concrete production not only in the industrially developed regions of the country, but in Poltava, Zhitomir and Lviv, where there is a serious shortage of concrete," he said.
