KAZAN, Aug 29 – Ukraine's Justice Ministry has appealed to Russia's Supreme Court decisions of lower courts in a case involving $112 million in compensation for Tatneft.

"Appealed rulings: determination of the arbitral tribunal in the case of recognition and enforcement of the decision of the foreign court and the foreign arbitral award of March 11, 2019; the decision (determination) of the cassation court of June 21, 2019," the arbitration file cabinet says.

The complaint was received on August 21, 2019. There is no other information on it in the file cabinet.
