KYIV, Aug. 28 - A court in Ukraine ordered jailed Russian journalist Kirill Vyshinskiy to be freed on bail and released from custody, as Moscow and Kyiv hold behind-the-scenes talks on a possible prisoner swap, Reuters reported.
Vyshinskiy, the head of Russia's state-backed RIA Novosti news agency in Ukraine, was arrested last year and accused of supporting pro-Russian separatists. Vyshinskiy faces up to 15 years in jail if convicted of the charges.
