KYIV, Aug 1 – The preliminary conclusions of the Antimonopoly Committee of Ukraine (AMCU) on possible abuse of monopoly by nitrogen fertilizer plants incorporated in Group DF of businessman Dmytro Firtash contain false information, Group DF has said.

"On July 30, the AMCU announced the preliminary conclusions on the investigation over the enterprises of the Group DF and in fact submitted them as final ones, without remarks of interested parties and expert opinions. We state the conclusions are false, premature and biased," the group said in a statement on Wednesday.
