KYIV, July 31 – Deputy Head of the President's Office of Ukraine Oleksiy Honcharuk has stated the land market could be unblocked by the end of 2019, and he also expects the unblocking of the privatization process.

"There is understanding in the team [of the president] that if this [lifting the moratorium] is not done this year, it will be quite difficult," he said in an interview with Bloomberg.
