KYIV, July 26 – Producer prices in Ukraine in 2019 will grow by 7.6%, the National Bank of Ukraine (NBU) said in its updated forecast in the inflation report, whereas it predicted 8.2% growth of producer prices in its earlier forecast in April.
According to the document, after the growth of wholesale prices slowed in annual terms from 8.9% in the first quarter to 4.5% in the first half of the year, the NBU expects their acceleration to 4.7% in the third quarter and up to 7.6% for the whole year.
