KIEV, Aug. 1 ??“ The owners of Etalon-Zhyttia, one of the 10 biggest life insurance companies in Ukraine, are in talks on the sale of the company to the Dutch Fortis financial group, Oleksandr Derkach, an Etalon-Zhyttia shareholder, said.

"The talks are under way, and we are most likely to sell it??¦ We've made our decision. We're holding talks with Fortis," Derkach told reporters on Tuesday.
