KIEV, August 1 - Chumak, Ukraine??™s largest producer of ketchup, mayonnaise, sunflower oil and canned goods, bought back 15% of its shares from Norway's Orkla Foods, Chumak president Carl Sturen told Delo newspaper on Tuesday.

"We bought back this stake in 2006. We got acquainted with each other for a long time and correlated our plans in relation to the Ukrainian and Russian markets, however we decided not to work together at the current stage," Sturen said.
