KYIV, July 9 – Almost 70% of Ukrainians surveyed have said they support Ukraine's accession to the European Union, according to the results of a sociological study conducted by Ukraine's State Committee for Television and Radio Broadcasting.

"Today, 69% of Ukrainians are ready and support joining the EU, while 13% oppose the idea and 18% were unable to answer the question," Center of Strategic Development of Areas Director Andriy Orlov said during a presentation of the study results on Tuesday in Kyiv.
