KYIV, June 26 – SOCAR Energy Ukraine backs the need of reform in supervision over flow of petroleum products in Ukraine, the company has said.

"As a representative of the international oil and gas corporation, we can declare with full responsibility that the proposed mechanism for administering fuel turnover, as well as places of production, storage and trade in petroleum products is a generally accepted European practice," the company said in the press release.
