KYIV, June 26 – The Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Ministry has obliged new or reconstructed parking areas to equip with chargers for electric cars on 5% of parking lots, according to a posting on the website of the government.

The new changes to the national construction standards on designing of parking areas and garages will take effect on July 1, 2019.
