DNIPROPETROVSK, July 28 - Czech financial holding PPF Group is acquiring through its Home Credit Group Kiev-based Privat Credit, a provider of consumer loans under the trademark Prosto Credit.

The value of the deal was not disclosed. It is the latest in a serious of acquisition of Ukrainian financial institutions by their Western banks and financial companies.
