KIEV, July 26 ??“ Parliament on Thursday may nominate five judges to the Constitutional Court in development that may indicate whether President Viktor Yushchenko would seek to dismiss the legislature next week.

Yushchenko suggested that five parties represented in Parliament should each nominate one judge, while at the same time the pro-Russian coalition has been considering another option of nominating all five judges.
