KYIV, May 29 – Secretary General of ENTSO-E Laurent Schmitt has conducted a seminar for the employees of Ukrenergo within the framework of the cooperation program for 2019-2021.

According to Ukrenergo, Schmitt told about the main strategic directions in ENTSO-E activities, general trends in the development of digital technologies and artificial intelligence for the modernization of networks in Europe, the main challenges Ukraine will face on the way to synchronization with the power grids of continental Europe, latest changes in the network codes of the member countries of ENTSO-E, European policies for the development of the energy market and the transition to renewable energy sources.
