KIEV, July 26 - Ukrainian government has appointed Volodymyr Pyshniy to the post of deputy energy and fuel minister, the government??™s press service said Wednesday.

Before his latest appointment, Pyshniy worked as vice-president of EnergoAtom, the state-owned nuclear power generating company, the press service said.
