KYIV, May 6 – Ukraine in the first four days of May pumped 54.4 million cubic meters (mcm) of gas a day to its underground storage (UGS) facilities, which is 1.4 times more than in the last 10 days of April (38.9 mcm a day), according to update from Ukrtransgaz.
According to the calculations of the Interfax-Ukraine agency, from May 1 to May 4, 2019, reserves in UGS increased by 10.4% (by 910.94 million cubic meters), to 9.656 billion cubic meters. This volume exceeds the reserves as of May 4, 2018 by 18.4%, May 4, 2017 by 12%.
