KYIV, May 6 – The cost of making a Ukrainian borscht, a traditional beet soup, will drop sharply next year due to expected overproduction of vegetables, EastFruit news and analytical service, reported.

The prices of vegetables, such as beets, carrots, potato, onions and others, will drop by about 90% in about a year if no abnormal weather pattern emerges, EastFruit predicted.
