MINSK, April 26 - The Russian Energy Ministry hopes to resolve the problem of Russian oil transit constructively.

"Technical problems related to the transit of Russian oil will be resolved constructively," Deputy Russian Energy Minister Pavel Sorokin said during talks in Minsk.

Sorokin said he hoped the talks in Minsk would help resolve the oil transit problems as quickly as possible.
