KYIV, April 25 – President-elect Volodymyr Zelenskiy will reshuffle Antimonopoly Committee and the National Commission for Energy, Housing and Utilities Services Regulation, some of the most notorious agencies stifling economic competition, his economic advisor said Thursday.
Aivaras Abromavicius, a former Minister of Economic Development and Trade who resigned in disagreement with President Petro Poroshenko over pace of reforms, said Zelenskiy will make the two agencies truly independent.
